; from here we started the climb, at the beginning
more easier but later more demanding on the valley of Paraul Alb to the
southern end of Zaganu ridge 
which we followed north to
La Rascruce 
; the descent was to Muntele Rosu 
where the night fell;
here the girls stayed and had dinner while Radu and me continued the descent
thru the forest to Cheia 
to retrieve the car.
