This canyon, called Desolation Narrows, was several tens of meters wide at
its mouth but later it became narrower than one metre; the picture is taken
in such a narrow spot. When coming back from this canyon I stumped and fell
over the GPS unit, breaking half of its screen :-( so I had to live with it
this way for the rest of the trip.
