Roundtrip starting and ending in Bratocea Pass. Slight climb on the main trail thru Tigailor Saddle up to the Ciucas Peak; continue to the former Ciucas Chalet , Chirusca Saddle, the "La Rascruce" point then the final descent to the Muntele Rosu chalet and Podu Berii ; finally 200m climb to the pass where I left the car. Altrough the forecast mentioned clouds and small rain more than half of the trip was sunny and no rain; I was very happy with the weather and the landscape.
