Also a consequence of leaving the trail we ended in the backyard of someone;
we crossed the yard but the outside gate was closed and locked. After a short
wait at the gate, the owner told us that the lock is not closed and the gate is
not actually locked :-) The signs on the gates say: NO ENTRY.
