The sign is some 10 meters away from Pichetu Rosu towards Prepeleag - Malaesti.
It's wrong because it gives the whole red triangle route (indeed, Busteni -
Munticel - Pichet - Malalesti) even as Munticel - Poiana Costilei are in
the opposite direction! It's the first completely wrong sign I've ever
encountered.
